About Eagles Nest Community Church

Eagles Nest is a non-denominational church founded in 2003 by Sr Pastors Barbara & Boyd Kirby in Southeast Denver with the goal of spread the Word of God.. believing that the return of the Lord is imminent as well as bringing hope to the lost and the desire to be a "Soul Winning Church". Serving the Denver - Metro Area but holds a strong presence in helping the Homeless community and people in need. In 2007 Eagles Nest has been working with the Food Bank of the Rockies which inspired us to open a food pantry and distribute food bags to individuals and families that are in need of food. In 2019 we decided to close the food pantry due to moving in to a space that would be unable to accommodate that service, within the 12 years of the food pantry in operation we have rescued over 50,000 meals from the Food Bank of the Rockies. In 2015, Pastor Boyd Kirby went to be with the Lord and Pastor Barbara continued moved in 2019 due to the Coronavirus Pandemic at which time the church was closed for one year during the pandemic. Now in 2022 we will be re-opening holding our services at the Assistance League of Denver Event Center and will continue Preaching the Word of God to the community.
